01Who is responsible

02What data we handle

Only what you give us:

• Website forms: your name, email and, if you fill them in, your studio or company, website, what you do, how many projects you want to show, languages, timing, the plan or design you are interested in, your message and any files you attach (logo, photos or plans).
• Email and WhatsApp: whatever you write to us through those channels.
• Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider logs connection data such as your IP address, for security and so the site works.

We do not ask for any sensitive data. If you send photos or plans that include other people’s data, make sure you are allowed to share them.

03Why, and on what legal basis

• To answer your request and prepare a proposal: because you ask us to (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and with your consent when you tick the box on the form (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• If you hire us, to do the work and invoice it: to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and meet tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We never use your data for advertising, never sell it, and do not make automated decisions or build profiles.

04How long we keep it

• Attached files: deleted automatically 90 days after you send them.
• Messages and contact details: while we discuss your project, and up to one year afterwards if we don’t end up working together.
• If you become a client: as long as tax and commercial law requires for invoices and accounts.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

05Who else handles it

To run the website and the contact forms we use these providers, who process data only on our behalf (data processors):

• Formspree, Inc. (United States): receives the forms and emails them to us.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States, with data centres in the EU): hosts the website and stores attached files.
• Google (Google Workspace): our email. The site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser shares your IP address with Google.
• WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, they use the safeguards the GDPR requires: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

06Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, ask for a portable copy, and withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect anything done before). Email hello@arkevostudio.com and tell us which right you want to exercise.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or the authority in your country.

07Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, first- or third-party, so there is no cookie banner.

After you send a form, the thank-you page keeps your first name, the plan you chose and your request reference in your browser (session storage) just to show them to you. It is deleted when you close the tab and is never sent to us.
